Support Holiday Joy That Grows Hope

The Holiday Wish Drive has grown up since our first gift distribution in 1990, providing exact wished-for gifts to 2,010 children in East Palo Alto, California, with the help of five volunteers and three partner agencies.

Since that first year, we’ve served over 1.7 million children, families, and individuals of all ages in 147Greater San Francisco Bay Area Counties - and beyond - making Family Giving Tree’s holiday gift and backpack donation program the largest in California.

Through participation from corporate supporters like you, community Drive Leaders, and small business owners, thousands of holiday gift wishes are collected, processed, and fulfilled each year for distribution by partner agencies working directly with the children, seniors, individuals, and families transitioning from homelessness in their local neighborhoods.
